Policies - Training​​​​

General:

• Training can be conducted in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.

• Please arrive on time. It is suggested to arrive early to the first class for admission registration and familiarize yourself with the training process.

• Please make your best effort to attend all classes, especially group classes that are intended for group participation.

• Please be attentive and follow the trainer’s instructions to ensure the safety and effectiveness of you, your dog(s), and other students.

• Minimize the use of cell phones and keep them in silent mode during the class to avoid interruption. 

• Videos and photos taken at classes may be used as training material and for promotional purposes.

• Please observe and comply with the particular enrollment requirements of the training program you have enrolled in.

 

Registration:

• Advance registration for training course(s) is required to guarantee your spot.

• Full payment for the training fee shall be made at the time of registration.

• All training sessions must be completed within three (3) months from the date of registration.

 

Cancellation, Rescheduling & Refund:

• For group classes and seminars, no refunds will be given after registration. 

• For private training and individual workshops, a refund will be issued if a cancellation notice is provided seven (7) days prior to the commencement of the first class but a $30 administration fee will be deducted. Cancellation within seven (7) days prior to the start of the first class or NO SHOW will not be eligible for a refund. 

• Unused classes are not eligible for a refund.

• No rescheduling for group classes or seminars. Please reserve at least 3 days if you wish to reschedule a private training or individual workshop. 

• In the event of a cancellation by BE Pawtique, such as insufficient enrollment for a group class or seminar, a full refund will be provided.

• Should severe inclement weather or emergency situations arise, we will arrange for rescheduling and make our best effort to accommodate everyone's schedule.

 

Health

• All dogs must be on their valid DHP and rabies vaccinations when they come to the class. The Bordetella vaccine is recommended. Puppies must have completed at least two (2) rounds of DHP. For puppies over 3 moths old,  three (3) shots and rabies vaccinations are required. A copy of a valid vaccination record is required at registration.  

• Vaccinations must be taken at least 48 hours before attending the class.

• If your dog is unwell or has an infectious disease, please refrain from attending the class.

• Female dogs in heat must not attend the class. 

• Unneutered/unsprayed dogs are permitted for training classes under the full supervision and responsibility of the owner.
