Policies - Dog Daycare

Booking Policies: 

Advance reservations are required. New customers are required to complete an Assessment Form and attend a “Meet & Greet” assessment session prior to the daycare appointment. Dog(s) will be assessed for suitability to daycare. We reserve the right to refuse any applications at our sole discretion. 

An assessment fee will be charged and is non-refundable. Such fees will be deductible for daycare fees upon application confirmation. 


Drop-Off / Pick-Up Times:

*Tuesday - Friday:*
Drop-off from 7 am
Last pick-up by 6 pm

*Saturday, Sunday, and Public Holidays:*
Drop-off from 9 am
Last pick-up by 5 pm


Early Drop-Off:

$10 for every 15 minutes will be charged. The drop-off time is round to the latest 15 minutes. For example, if drop off at 6:30am, the charge will be $20 + GST.

Late Pick-Up:

A 15-minute grace period is allowed for late pick-up. A late pick-up fee will be applied subsequent to the grace period without further notice.

Full-day: $10 + GST for every 15 minutes. The final pick-up time is round to the latest 15 minutes

Half-day: A Full-day fee will be charged

Hourly stay: Extend hourly rate. The final pick-up time is round to the latest hour


Cancellation or Rescheduling:

24-hour cancellation or rescheduling policy applied. Cancellation or rescheduling within 24 hours prior to the appointment time or NO SHOW will be charged for full-service fees. Rescheduling is subject to availability. 

Eligible Dogs:

  • Have completed and passed the assessment

  • Aged 12 weeks or above

  • Neutered/ spayed 

  • With valid DHP and rabies vaccinations. Bordetella vaccine, and flea and tick prevention programs are strongly recommended. 

  • Puppies must have completed their three (3) shots and rabies vaccinations. 

  • Vaccinations must be taken at least 48 hours before check-in.

  • Due to facilities capability, we are able to take appointments for dogs up to 60lbs.


Behavior of Dogs in Daycare:

All dogs must have completed and passed temperament assessments, demonstrating non-aggressive behavior, friendliness with people, and a lack of excessive anxiety. Owners must verify that their dogs have not shown aggression or threatening behavior towards any person or dog. Safety being our top priority, if a dog initiates an incident deemed unacceptable by BE Pawtique, we reserve the right to isolate the pet until the owner's arrival. Owners are responsible and liable for any injuries or damages caused by their pets. BE Pawtique retains the right to refuse service a pet without explanation.


Food and Treats:

All food and treats provided by the owners must be labeled. BE Pawtique will supply food or treats if needed, with charges applied. Owners must advise any food allergy condition in the Assessment Form. Food or belongings should be identified during drop-off and pick-up. NO overnight storage of any items is provided.

Leashes, Walking Aids, and Properly-Fitted Equipment:

Owners must provide properly fitted walking devices. Shock collars, prong collars, metallic leashes, and retractable leashes are not allowed. Failure to provide suitable equipment may result in an equipment rental fee.


Personal Equipment Damage:

Owners acknowledge the risk of personal equipment damage during their pet's stay and will not be compensated for losses. BE Pawtique is not responsible for any damages.


​Clean Store Policy / Pre-Entry Potty Break:

Please walk the dogs outside so to do their business before entering the facility to minimize accidents, reduce the spread of bacteria and parasites, and discourage unwanted potty behavior.


Medical History, Health, and Wellness Status of Pets:

Owners must inform BE Pawtique of any health issues. To safeguard the safety and well-being of all our dog customers, please do not bring your dogs to the daycare appointment if they are showing:-

  • Signs of unwell, or having an infectious disease

  • Female dogs in heat or during pregnancy 

  • Overly aggressive intact males


If feeding medication is needed during the daycare, owners must provide the medication in its original packaging as well as feeding instructions. A service fee will be charged accordingly. We reserve the right to refuse providing such services if it is deemed unsuitable to our staff, or unsafe for the dogs. BE Pawtique is not responsible for any circumstances caused by the medication.

Maintaining Membership Status for Daycare:

Dogs must attend daycare at least once every three months to maintain membership status. Dogs absent for over six months will require a daycare reassessment.

Prepaid Daycare Packages:

All prepaid daycare packages are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-transferable and cannot be used for any other services
⁠Daycare packages can only be used by each dog and cannot be shared with other dogs. 
⁠Cancellations made after 4 pm the day before the booking day will result in a full charge.
Credit will be kept if cancellations are made and valid for 14 days. This credit only applies for Full Day, Half Day and Hourly Dog Daycare services. 
For 5-day and 10-day Pass, credit follows with the validity for 2 months and 3 months from the date of purchase respectively. 


Full payment shall be made at the time of registration. Booking will be canceled automatically without advance notice if payment is not completed within 24 hours of registration. 

All pre-paid packages are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-transferable. Daycare packages are for an individual dog and cannot be shared with other dogs.
