Policies - Pet Grooming



  • Advance reservation is recommended, especially for Bath & Haircut and weekend schedule. Walk-in customers are welcome when schedule is available. 

  • Appointment confirmation is based on First-Come-First-Serve policy. Any time slot proposed will not be withheld until our confirmation email is given.

  • Reserved booking will be held up to 15 minutes after your appointment time. After that, the time slot might be released to other customer(s) without prior notice.


Cancellation or Rescheduling:

  • 24-hours cancellation or rescheduling policy applied. Cancellation or rescheduling within 24 hours prior to the appointment time or NO SHOW will be charged 50% non-refundable service deposit for the next appointment. Customer(s) with more than one time record of late cancellation/ no show will be required for a full advanced payment.


Pick Up:

  • Please wait for our call to come pick up your pet. Early arrival may cause excitement or stress to your pet. 

  • If you need a little bit more traveling time, no worry we will invite your pet to our individual waiting playpen. 



  • All prices quoted are guide prices only. Some pets may require additional grooming care and effort. Extra grooming time or resources will be allocated to ensure their needs are met. Additional fees may apply accordingly. 

  • New paw-customers are required for weight measurement at check-in. Puppy grooming also include weight measurement at every service. Final grooming fee is subject to the weight record at our check-in.   

  • Dematting requires extra time and extra fees. Please inform us in advance if your pet has excessive hair knots, whether to brush out or to shave. Insufficient grooming time due to unexpected hair mat conditions may result in appointment rescheduling. 

  • Not all the pets enjoy professional grooming. We can arrange our dog trainer (subject to availability) to assist your dog in accommodating the process. A professional fee will be advised. 

  • All sales are final. They are non-refundable.



  • All pets must be on their valid DHP and rabies vaccinations when they come to grooming. 

  • For your puppy’s health safety, we only accept puppy grooming appointments after their 2nd vaccination. 

  • Please reserve at least 14 days after the date of vaccination for your grooming appointment.

  • If your pet is not feeling well, or has infectious disease, please reschedule the appointment. Late cancellation policy will be exempted with a provision of veterinary certificate.

  • To safeguard the health and safety of all our pet customers, pets with contagious disease MUST NOT visit the shop. If infestation is discovered during the grooming, we will suspend the service and will request the owner for pick up immediately. In this instance full appointment fee will be charged. 

  • Female dogs in heat or during pregnancy are not accepted for grooming appointments.

  • Treats may make the grooming experience more delightful. Please flag us if your pet has any food allergy or does not prefer feeding. You are always welcome to bring your own treats.


  • Due to facilities capability, we are able to take grooming appointments for pets up to 70lbs.

  • The safety of both our pet customers and our groomers is our top priority. While we make every effort to accommodate all pets, if we determine that a pet poses a risk to themselves or our staff, we may need to suspend the grooming services. In such cases, full service fee will still be charged as the time slot and resources has already been reserved for the appointment.

  • Dog(s) classified as "Dangerous Dog" by-laws and breed specific legislation in B.C. are not accepted for appointments. For "Dangerous Dog" classification, please click.
