Policies - Private Venue / Pawty Rental

Rental Purposes​:

• The venue is a dog-friendly facility. Only dog but no other animals is allowed.​

• The venue is prioritized for pet-related rental purposes, such as private dog party, pet care/pet training activities, pet photo studio, educational or charities activities. ​

• All rentals are subject to the approval of Be Pawtique Pet Services Ltd.

 

Payment:

• Full payment must be made within 2 business days after confirming the booking. Otherwise, the booking will be canceled automatically without prior notice.

• The rental fee, including any add-on menu items, is non-exchangeable and non-transferable.

Cancellation or Rescheduling:

• Cancellation/ Rescheduling request must be submitted in written email.

  • 30 calendar days before the appointment: Full refund

  • 14 calendar days before the appointment: 50% deposit refund

Use of the Facilities

• The Renter(s) must ensure that the number of guests is within the stated limit.

• The venue is reserved on an “as is basis” and must be left in the condition found. 

• Decoration and equipment setup are allowed but must be removable such as non-residue adhesive or removable hooks. Nothing can be affixed to furniture, the building, or any part thereof. The use of thumbtacks, nails, staples, or any other item puncturing any surface is prohibited.

• Tables and chairs are provided subject to availability. The renter(s) should keep the rental furniture clean and free of damage.

• Please keep the venue and facilities clean and tidy after use. The Renter(s) and guests must clean up after your pets. Designated cleaning supplies and dog waste bin are provided. 

• In case hygienic and cleaning condition is found not acceptable, a $100 cleaning fee will be charged.

• The space can be accessed during the rental time only, so set up and clean up time should be taken into account in the booking time.

• Storage space is not available before or after rental.

• The renter(s) are responsible for any damage to Be Pawtique’s property and equipment. The cost of repairing any such damage will be additional charges if necessary. Examples of items requiring charges include but are not limited to:

- Damage to the walls, floors, or washroom facilities.
- Additional cleaning and repair costs to restore the venue and facilities to the same condition before the Renter(s)' use. This includes the use of confetti or any other difficult-to-clean items.

- Confetti, glitter, or open-flame candles are not permitted.

Eating and Drinking

• Outside food and drink is allowed. Please do not bring food with strong and exciting smell which may irritate the scents of dogs. 

• No cooking of food is permitted within the rental area.

• Alcohol is not permitted at our premises.

• This is a non-smoking facility. Please note that smoking is not permitted within 5 meters of the premise

• Be Pawtique is not liable for any food or beverage consumed by either humans or pets.​

Health

• All dogs must be on their valid DHP and rabies vaccinations during visit.   

• Dog(s) feeling unwell or has an infectious disease must not attending the event.  

• Unneutered/unsprayed dogs are permitted for private rental venue under the full supervision and responsibility of the owner.

Be Pawtique retains the right to terminate the event at any time should any rental user(s) do not comply with the rental policies. ​
